🏛️ Every civilization inherits traditions. They become part of its memory, its identity and often, its conscience. Some continue because they inspire justice and compassion. Others endure simply because no one has dared to ask.

🕊️ Suppose, in a country that celebrates diversity as its greatest strength, an ancient custom bars women of a particular age from entering a place of worship. The barrier is neither physical nor voluntary. It is sustained by tradition.

⛪ For generations, the practice remains unquestioned. Devotees see faith. Others see exclusion. Society remains divided and louder.

⚖️ In a constitutional democracy, that responsibility ultimately belongs to the judiciary.

📜 The judiciary neither promotes religion nor opposes it. It simply ensures that every exercise of religious freedom remains consistent with the Constitution.
